Our Sweet Story

While there is no universal, official definition for "clean label" in the food industry, to us, it means ingredients that are as natural as possible. We're talking minimally or completely unprocessed, free of artificial flavors and preservatives, and zero chemical additives included. We can't always source what we want for fillings or icings, but where it counts most, we are there. Grass Finished Beef Tallow for all our frying. Yeast raised donuts made with King Arthur Sir Galahad Flour, milk, egg, yeast, cane sugar, pure vanilla extract, salt and allulose a natural zero sugar sweetener. 

We keep our ingredient lists simple. We have a line of organic and clean label fruit fillings for many of our donuts. The major food and bakery supply companies do not offer or have a very limited supply of clean-label products. So sourcing is not always possible.
